We offer a 100% money-back guarantee based on the following criteria:

The refund window is 60 days from the date of campaign activation.
A full refund is only issued if zero (0) keywords from your campaign have reached the top positions (ranked) within the 60-day period.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

A refund will not be issued in the following cases:

If even one (1) autosuggest target keyword from your campaign has successfully ranked during the 60-day period.
Campaigns that are paused or modified by the user during the initial ranking timeframe.
Deposits that have already been partially used for active ranking services.

4. Process

To request a refund after the 60-day period (if zero keywords have ranked), please contact us via Telegram @seoffense or email support@seoffense.com. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
