3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the keywords you choose to target. SEOffense reserves the right to reject keywords that violate our internal policies, including those involving illegal activities, hate speech, or explicit content.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Services are billed on a monthly basis. You must maintain a sufficient balance in your wallet to keep your campaigns active. Failure to maintain balance may lead to campaign suspension.
5. Limitation of Liability
SEOffense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after such modifications shall constitute your consent to such changes.
